La violence conjugale\/domestique ou entre partenaires intimes co\u00fbte aux employeurs 890$ million par ann\u00e9e au Canada (20$ million au Nouveau-Brunswick). \u00c0 ceci, il faut ajouter qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 canadien sur trois a v\u00e9cu de la violence domestique\/conjugale, dont plus de 80% de ceux-ci disent que leur performance au travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e n\u00e9gativement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette s\u00e9rie vous offrira l'opportunit\u00e9 de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se renseigner et se sensibiliser davantage sur l\u2019impact de la violence domestique ou entre partenaires intimes (VC\/VPI) sur le milieu de travail<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut trouver les renseignements \u00e0 propos de vos droits et vos responsabilit\u00e9s en tant qu\u2019employ\u00e9\/employeur en lien avec la VC\/VPI<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre comment aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement plus s\u00e9curitaire et plus positif<\/li>\n<li>Apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des outils pratiques pour aider \u00e0 soutenir les employ\u00e9s et les coll\u00e8gues qui peuvent \u00eatre affect\u00e9s\/touch\u00e9s par la VC\/VPI<\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div><div>Il faut compter environ 2,5 heures pour suivre cette formation.<\/div><div><br><\/div>\n<p>Contribuez \u00e0 rendre et maintenir votre milieu de travail ainsi que vos employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l'abri de la VC\/VPI en suivant ce cours \u00e0 votre propre rythme.
